Beechwood cutting boards are distinguished by their unique appearance due to heartwood - a darker core that gives the boards their character. Heartwood appears in 5-25% of the wood batch, which makes each board different. In addition, the laser-engraved logo on the heartwood looks especially elegant thanks to the deeper shade of the engraving.
